Selling Bad News

Selling Bad News – no one likes receiving or resolving bad news. And sooner or later it will happen to everyone – removal from the project, shortened delivery time, last-minute change of requirements. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
In this short talk, I will share some juicy communication tricks that will make it easier to send and receive bad news. All in the sauce of events from more than 10 years of IT projects!
We will touch on proactive communication, management based on SCRUM pillars, building relationships, and above all, how to manage frustration.
Regardless of your role in the project or how long you have worked in IT, you need to eavesdrop on this talk!
